تاریخچه شرکت :

این شرکت در اردیبهشت سال ۱۳۷۸با نام گروه صنعتی نیک فرم در شهرصنعتی البرزقزوین فعالیت خود را آغاز وسپس در آذر ماه ۱۳۸۶با تاسیس مجموعه پرفیوم استار به مدیریت آقای سالارامانی در منطقه جنوب غرب تهران به فعالیت خود ادامه داد.گروه استار بابهره گیری از دانش وفناوری روز دنیا وبابکارگیری متخصصین وکادری مجرب هم اکنون یکی از موفق ترین شرکت های پیشتاز در زمینه واردات وصادرات ظروف شیشه ای عطر و ادکلن وطراحی؛ساخت وتولید محصولات پلاستیکی ظروف ارایشی وبهداشتی خصوصاً عطر و ادکلن با برند تجاری (PERFUME STAR) میباشد که با نشان سه ستاره فعالیت مینماید.مجموعه استار افتخار دارد علاوه بر تامین نیازهای مشتریان داخلی در زمینه ظروف شیشه ای و پلاستیکی عطر و ادکلن نیاز کشورهای خاورمیانه از جمله：عراق-آذربایجان -افغانستان-تاجیکستان-ازبکستان-روسیه-ترکیه-پاکستان و... را باصدور محصولات تولیدی خود نیز تامین نماید.


خط و مشی گروه پرفیوم استار:

کسب رتبه اول و پیشرو بودن جزئی جدایی ناپذیر از اهداف و باورهای شرکت است که در این راه بدون توجه به حقوق مشتریان؛ذینفعان و جامعه آینده ای پایدار را نمیتوان ترسیم نمود.بدیهی است ارائه محصولات و خدماتی باکیفیت بوسیله بهره گیری از تکنولوژی نوین همراه با انضباط،صداقت،دقت،سرعت و کوشش در راه کسب روزی حلال امکان پذیر است.ما بر این باوریم رابطه ای مبتنی بر برد-برد بسازیم تا ضمن حصول یک آرامش قلبی بقاء خود به خودی شرکت را تضمین نمائیم.در راه رسیدن به اهداف،تنها شایستگی کافی نیست بلکه سیستمی متشکل از شایستگان که به ارزش های والای انسانی و فنی معتقد و وفادارند حصول نتیجه را امکان پذیر می نمایدهمچنین بر این اعتقاد هستیم که پویایی یک سیستم بدون توجه به صیانت از سرمایه های انسانی؛توسعه؛آموزش؛فرهنگ سازمانی؛انگیزش و رضایت پرسنل امکان پذیر نخواهد بودبدیهی است در راه رسیدن به اهدافمان فراز و نشیب هایی خواهیم داشت لذا چابکی و پویایی در مجموعه را ویژگی الزامی سیستم دانسته و از همین رو اعتقاد داریم بازنگری و تغییر رویکردهای مورد نیاز جهت رسیدن به اهداف امری ضروری است.

 

 

Introducing the corporation 
History: 
The company started working under the name “Nik form” in April; 1999 in Qazvin industrial sector. In November, 2007, the company continued working by establishing the “Perfume star corporation” under management of Mr. Salar Amani in south west of Tehran. By using the newest knowledge and technology and experts and experienced employees, the Star group is one of the most successful and forerunner companies in import and export of scent and perfume glass bottle, design and production of plastic containers of cosmetics specially for perfumes under the brand name “Perfume star” and three-star brand sign. 
In addition to meeting the need of domestic demanders of glass and plastic containers of perfume, the Star complex has the honor of exporting the products to middle eastern countries such as: Iraq, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey, Pakistan and so on.
 
Perfume star group’s policy: 
Obtaining the first place is the inseparable goals and beliefs of the company. In this path, a sustainable future is not imaginable without consideration of the rights of costumers, beneficiaries and the society. 
Obviously, it is possible to provide high quality products and services and earn clear income using the newest technology along with discipline, honesty, delicacy, pace and hard working. 
We believe to make a win-win relationship to ensure the spontaneous permanence of the company while making peace in our minds. 
In the path of our goals, competence is not nearly enough but there is need to form a system of talented personnel who are loyal to human and technical values.  
We also believe that dynamism of a system is not meetable without preservation of human assets, development, education, departmental wisdom, motivation and personnel satisfaction. 
It is obvious that we face difficulties on our way to meet our goals, so we understand that dynamism and agility is necessary to our system. Accordingly, we believe that reconsideration and needed change of approach is essential for reaching our goals.
